Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PYP By registering for or participating in our wellness pop-up events, you (“Vendor”, “Participant”, or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Participation

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

  • Participation is only confirmed upon full payment and receipt of confirmation from PYP.

  • Set-up and breakdown times, event location details, and any specific vendor requirements will be shared ahead of the event and must be followed strictly.

2. No Refund Policy

All vendor bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances including (but not limited to) scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, inclement weather, or vendor cancellation.

By booking a spot at our event, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.

In rare cases where the event is canceled by us (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), we will offer credit toward a future event or a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must bring all extra necessary equipment, materials, and setup items required for their display.

  • Extra Tables, chairs, and other rentals  may or may not be provided—please check event-specific details, 

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional space during the event.

  • Any damage caused by a vendor to the venue or other vendor spaces is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

4. Liability

PYP is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property.

  • Any injury sustained during the event by vendors, their staff, or attendees at their booth.

Participation is at your own risk, and vendors are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive wellness-focused environment. Vendors must behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, other vendors, and staff. We reserve the right to remove any vendor not adhering to our values without refund.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
